LBI â€“ LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOR INVENTORY
The LBI is a questionnaire of 15 questions, which provides a point by point analysis of leadership style preferences. They affect all the activities in which a leader is involved, eg recruitment, motivation, communication, systems, etc.
The results of the LBI may also be used to create more effective teams based on the strengths of each of its members.
The LBI includes detailed descriptions of the four main styles of leadership.
Senior staff, managers and staff who have people in charge. It is very useful for coaching sessions.
