OUR  HISTORY BEGAN 45 YEARS AGO

Human Capital International is a company with 20 years of history. It is part of a business group with more than 45 years of experience in human resource development. In the last decade HCI has grown through strategic mergers which have allowed us to enhance our capabilities and services in the talent management processes in organizations.

HCI was founded in 2000 to support research, teaching, writing and consulting work of a group of experts in the field of Talent Management. The institutional challenge was to advance in the technological development of human resource management.

Here are some highlights of our history:

2004: Starts Process Optimization - Operational Innovation services

2007: As a result of our growth, was created Elevaria, in order to combine in one place the experience and strengths of different companies and partners by offering complete solutions for Training and Human Capital Formation.

2008: We extend our offer to include Human Capital Solutions International (HCI) and Elevaria. As a result of this merger, our company has transformed rapidly, increasingly sophisticated services and offering a complete range of solutions for Human Capital Management.

Human Capital International today: Throughout our history we can see that we are an innovative, dynamic and successful pioneer in getting the combination of two worlds often differentiated: the academic and business world.
